The founder and Chief Executive Officer of Pundra Enterprise who is coordinating the diverse team. Naser Shawkat Haider is an accomplished humanitarian leader with over 20 years of experience in the Humanitarian Response and Disaster Risk Reduction sector, including 12 years in senior managerial roles across 6 countries. He has demonstrated exceptional leadership in guiding large, multidisciplinary teams and managing complex emergency and resilience programs under challenging circumstances such as armed conflict or war, nature-induced disasters and refugee crises.
As Senior Program Coordinator for the International Rescue Committee in Bangladesh, he led x`more than 300 staff and nine partner NGOs to deliver integrated health, protection and education services for Rohingya refugees and host communities. In Afghanistan, South Sudan, Syria, and Turkey, he directed multi-million-dollar humanitarian and emergency operations for organizations including Oxfam, Afghanaid, Danish Refugee Council, International Rescue Committee, British Red Cross, Islamic Relief Worldwide and Welthungerhilfe, overseeing program quality, strategic direction, and donor engagement.
Naser’s leadership is demonstrated when he led a Consortium Project of 4 INGOs in southern Bangladesh and when led humanitarian response in Turkey-Syria-Lebanon together after the Earthquake 2023. In the past he has designed capacity-building programs, and developed training modules on humanitarian advocacy and gender in emergencies. Renowned for his
