Mosammat Fojila Khanom

Mosammat Fojila Khanom is a seasoned development professional with over 27 years of experience in governance, gender equality, women’s empowerment, and community development in Bangladesh. She has held multiple senior leadership positions in reputed organizations including Transparency International Bangladesh (TIB), Dushtha Shasthya Kendra (DSK), and PRIP Trust. Ms. Khanom is one of the founding members and GEDSI Coordinator of Pundra Enterprise.

Her leadership is reflected in managing large-scale programs on gender-responsive governance, anti-corruption, youth engagement, and community mobilization. As Joint Director at DSK, she led multifaceted projects on gender, youth, and child development, overseeing staff performance, budget management, and strategic implementation. At TIB, she guided civic engagement initiatives, formed youth volunteer networks, and strengthened anti-corruption
movements nationwide through partnerships with civil society and government agencies.

A strategic thinker and team builder, Ms. Khanom has provided consultancy on safeguarding, gender, and policy development for organizations such as The Asia Foundation, Care Bangladesh, and The Freedom Fund. She possesses extensive expertise in project cycle
management, M&E, policy formulation, and partnership coordination. Her visionary leadership, technical depth, and commitment to inclusive governance have made her a respected figure in Bangladesh’s development sector.

Jacklin Rebeiro

Jacklin Rebeiro comes with 24 years. Of humanitarian experience. She is an education in emergencies and development professional with over 8 years of specialized experience in Education in Emergencies (EiE),
education sector coordination, and risk-informed education development.

She played a foundational role in establishing the Education Sector for the Rohingya Refugee Response in Cox’s Bazar, serving as Education Sector Coordinator and Senior Manager for Education Programming with Save the Children from 2017 to 2020 and again from 2023 to 2024, leading inter-agency coordination, teacher development, and large-scale education projects, including the US$32 million Education Cannot Wait (ECW) programme.

Jacklin has contributed to national education initiatives such as ROSC, EMDC, and PEDP-4,supporting policy integration, system strengthening, and DRR mainstreaming in the education sector. From 2024 to 2025, she served as a Humanitarian Affairs Specialist with the UN Resident Coordinator’s Office (UNRCO), advancing coordination on education continuity, climate resilience, and disaster preparedness. She is an expert if development of training manual and capacity building on Education in Emergency, Curriculum Development and School Based Disaster Management.

Her experience spans roles with UNICEF, UNHCR, Plan International, Christian Aid, and Oxfam GB in Bangladesh, as well as a technical review of Save the Children’s Refugee Response Programme in Colombia, bringing a global and evidence-based perspective to education and
humanitarian action. Currently she is the EiE Coordinator of Pundra Enterprise.

Suman Das

Suman Das brings over 23 years of experience in leading emergency
response and development programs in crisis-affected regions, including refugee contexts, across both rural and urban settings. His work focuses primarily on agriculture-based livelihood development, community mobilization, and capacity-building initiatives aimed at the economic empowerment of women and vulnerable communities, particularly in disaster-affected and low-income areas. Currently he is the Sustainable Livelihoods Coordinator of Pundra Enterprise.

He has extensive experience in designing and implementing livelihood programs, conducting field assessments, training farmers on improved and climate-resilient agricultural practices, and developing strategies to strengthen food security and income generation. With strong technical expertise in sustainable agriculture, climate-smart practices, micro-enterprise development, and financial inclusion, he works closely with farmers, youth, women’s groups, marginalized populations, and private sector actors. His role also includes building partnerships with
government agencies, NGOs, private sector partners, and donors to ensure program sustainability.

In the field of humanitarian response, Suman Das has led several large scale emergency response, strategic planning processes, overseen multi-sectoral interventions, and ensured compliance with global humanitarian standards and donor requirements. He has managed large teams, coordinated with UN agencies, government authorities, and international NGOs, and ensured that assistance reached vulnerable populations efficiently with accountability. He has
worked with several reputed national and international organizations in the country.

Rezaul Karim

Rezaul Karim has over 34 years of professional experience in
Bangladesh’s non-governmental development sector, he is a seasoned
expert in Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) and Climate Change Adaptation (CCA). Since 2013, he has been working as an independent consultant, providing technical leadership in strategy formulation, organizational capacity building, project management, leadership development, and proposal writing. His expertise extends to research, evaluation, and IEC material development, contributing to government and NGO capacity enhancement. Academically grounded with a Master’s in Geography and Environment from Jahangirnagar University, he combines deep technical knowledge with practical experience in
resilience and humanitarian response.

His earlier career includes a decade-long tenure at ActionAid BD, managing DIPECHO-funded regional initiatives and leading large-scale capacity-building programs. He has developed more than 15 training manuals and guidelines for international agencies such as WHO, IFRC, Islamic Relief, WaterAid and Oxfam, and has conducted numerous national and regional trainings across South Asia. Currently he is the DRR and Capacity Building Coordinator of Pundra Enterprise.
