Pundra Enterprise has recently developed the Employee Feedback Survey Mechanism for Badabon Sangho. This document outlines the Employee Feedback Survey Mechanism and provides a User Guideline to ensure consistent, ethical, and effective implementation across the organization.
Pundra Enterprise is currently developing MEAL Framework and Tools for Badabon Sangho. Organizational Monitoring Framework that emphasizes gender responsiveness, participation and inclusion of diverse communities.

Pundra Enterprise is currently conducting Gender Audit for Shobujer Ovijan Foundation. A gender audit is a tool to assess and check the institutionalization of gender equality into organizations, including in their policies, programmes, projects and/or provision of services, structures, proceedings and budgets [Council of Europe – Directorate General of Human Rights and Legal Affairs, Gender Budgeting: practical implementation.
